Keegan brings a rich and varied background in supply chain and logistics, with a career that began in transport and business development. She played a pivotal role in supporting the Ministry of Health during the pandemic, managing critical medical portfolios including quarantine facilities, clinical test centres, and lab test freight requirements. During this time, Keegan worked closely with Healthcare Logistics, particularly on their direct-to-patient service.

Driven by her passion for health supply chains, Keegan joined our team in 2022 as a Program Manager. Her rapid progression through the organisation saw her take on the role of Inventory Manager, followed by Principal Services Manager. Her deep operational knowledge and understanding of Principal requirements made her the ideal fit for her current position as National Support Services Manager.

Keegan leads a team of 35 dedicated professionals across Customer Service, Principal Services, Claims, and Shipments, ensuring excellence in service delivery and operational support.
