Paula Hyland / Support Services Manager - Healthcare Logistics NZ

Paula joined HCL in 2020, taking on the role of Support Services Manager and manages our Customer Services, Claims, Inventory and IT & Analytics teams. Paula has more than 32 years’ experience in the logistics industry, holding various roles including Former Customs Broker, Key Account Manager and Solutions Group Manager. She is customer centric and enjoys looking at ways to do things better with regards to information flow and the management of the people who provide supply chain and logistics services.

Paula is currently a board member of WISTA International, providing support and networking opportunities for women working in the transportation and related industries and raising the profile of the industry as a positive career choice for women. She holds a Diploma in Business from Massey University.
